Property Description

This house is located very nicely in a quiet side of St. Lawrence Gap. It has two bedrooms to rent, a small living room, kitchen, one bathroom, and one balcony. This house is very clean and decorated in a modern style and is very safe.

One bedroom has two twin beds. The other bedroom has a queen size bed (for couples or single person). Rate of US$ 35.00 per night applies for the room and not per person. The small living room has a refrigerator, a coffee maker and TV.

The balcony is for the use of the guests and a kitchen with various facilities is also for guests’ use. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Sheets and towels (no beach towels) are provided and room service is once per week.

Dover Beach is 1 minute walk away as well as the centre of St. Lawrence Gap. Here you find everything visitors are looking for such as nightlife, bars, restaurants and mini markets.

Minimum stay is 7 nights

We are located at the quiet end of St. Lawrence Gap, approximately half way between the city of Bridgetown and Grantley Adams International Airport. We offer a shuttle service from the airport at a rate which is less than the existing taxi rates. Local bus transportation is available a short walk from the hotel. The cost is $1.50BDS (75c US) and will take you anywhere on the island.`

Rio Guesthouse is a relaxed and friendly place to stay and is ideal for the independent traveller.

We are a 9-roomed guesthouse in the heart of St Lawrence Gap, within walking distance of the many clubs, bars and restaurants of the area and a stone’s throw from the beach. All our double rooms have private bathrooms and our single rooms have shared facilities. We have a well-equipped kitchen for those guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.

Our studio apartment is fully self-contained with kitchen, dining and bathroom.

All rooms have fans and a daily room cleaning service is provided.

DOUBLE ROOMS MUST BE OCCUPIED BY AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE. SINGLE OCCUPANTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR TWO PEOPLE.
