Nestled at the base of Apex Mountain Resort, the Double Diamond Hostel boasts fantastic family, traveller, and group accommodation.

Brand new and in the heart of the village, everyone loves the atmosphere and the ski-in ski-out access of the property. With private, semi-private, and family rooms available there is ideal accommodation for all who wish to enjoy the winter and summer activities of our destination resort. Dorms have 4 beds with shared bathrooms. Prviate rooms have double and/or single bunks. The hostel has satellite television, laundry, a high-speed internet cafe, a large kitchen, fireplace, pool table, foose ball table, ski lockers, heated wax and tuning room, and some of the best staff in the West!

In addition to the phenomenal steeps, great glades, and fantastic grooming which Apex Mountain offers skiers, the new Fountain Tire Tube Park, outdoor ice rink and adventure skating loop, sleigh rides and snowmobile tours mean there is plenty to do for everyone.

DIRECTIONS

To reach us you can grab a bus or a flight from anywhere in Canada and arrive at the Kelowna Airport or the Pentictun Greyhound Bus Station. By car: Off of highway 97 in Penticton go straight on Green Mountain Road and follow for 18km. Turn right on Apex Mountain Road and follow for 12km until you reach the Apex Mountain village centre. We are located in the heart of the village. No car: You can hail a cab or hitch-hiking is very easy from the gas station on Green Mountain Road. Everyone in town knows the spot to hitch from if you are going up to Apex.
