Villa Serendip B&B is an elegant Victorian guesthouse providing romantic and comfortable lodging to visitors to the Finger Lakes Region of New York.

Midway between Manhattan and Toronto this B&B is perfect for travellers travelling along I-390 or I-86 south of Rochester.

For your comfort and pleasure, non-smoking guest rooms are spacious and inviting with queen or king-sized beds, private baths, television (if requested) and telephone with a modem. We have two guest rooms available on the first floor to accommodate guests who prefer not to climb stairs.

DIRECTIONS

Just off I-390 at Exit 2 between Cohocton and Naples, New York. Bud dervice is available to Dansville, NY. We would be happy to provide a shuttle from the bus to our bed and breakast.

FROM ROCHESTER: Interstate 390 South to Exit 2 (Cohocton). In center of village turn left at stop light onto Route 371 North. Villa is two miles ahead on left.

FROM SYRACUSE: Take NYS Thruway West to Exit 42 (Geneva). Take 14 South to Routes 5&20 West to Route 245. Turn left onto Route 245 and follow into Naples. Turn left onto Route 21 South and follow to North Cohocton. Continue straight (now Route 371) and travel approximately three miles to Villa on the right.

FROM SOUTH: Take Interstate 17 West to 390 North to Exit 2 (Cohocton). In center of village turn left at stop light onto Route 371 North. Villa is two miles ahead on left.

The Del Monte Beach Inn is classicly distinguished in design as well as character. We host a continental break fast set out from 8 until 10 in the morning. Hot muffins are served with the fruit of your choice. After breakfasst take a leisurely stroll to Downtown Montery, cross the Del Monte Avenue to scout the Monterey Bay's shore, or just relax in complacence along the banks of Lake El Estero. All these things and more are offered from our Early European American styled Bed and Breakfast
Each guest room has comfortable beds with crisp linen and the rooms are decorated with fresh flowers. All rooms have sinks and share antique bathrooms with claw-foot tubs. There are some rooms that feature a kitchenette and private bathrooms.

After helping yourself to a continental breakfast served on the antique buffet, enjoy the best the Peninsula has to offer. A recreational bike and walking trail along the bay connects the Inn with old historic Monterey, Fishermen's Wharf, the Marina, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, tide pools and Maritime Museum. The Inn is just steps from the beautiful Del Monte Beach where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Monterey Bay.

There is an endless list of things to do -- enjoy the magnificent 17-Mile Drive of Pebble Beach, legendary Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley's ranches and vineyards, Point Lobos State Park, inspirational Big Sur and, of course, some of the best golf courses in the world.

From Highway 1, exit at Aguajito and head toward the ocean. Aguajito ends at Del Monte Avenue. Turn right on Del Monte. Inn will be on the right-hand side of the street (three story blue building).

From the North: Take Hwy. 1 south to the Fisherman's Wharf/Downtown exit. Turn right on Camino Aguajito (first light), turn right on Del Monte. Property is 1 1/2 blocks ahead (110 Del Monte Ave.). From the South: Take Hwy 1 North to first Monterey exit. Turn right on Camino Aguajito (first light), turn right on Del Monte. Property is 1 1/2 blocks ahead (1110 Del Monte Ave.). From the East: Take Hwy. 68 West, turn off to Monterey South. Take first Monterey exit. Turn right on Camino Aguajito (first light), turn right on Del Monte. Property is 1 1/2 blocks ahead (110 Del Monte Ave).
