About Carmen Suarez FosalbaHavana City, house of Mrs. Carmen Suarez Fosalba, beautiful colonial house built in 1924 located in one of the most centric districts in town. We rent 2 sunny rooms, both with private bathrooms, hot and cold water, air conditioning and refrigerator. One of the rooms is similar to an apartment having its own kitchen and terrace. All common areas of our house can be used by our guests such as the garden, the living and dining rooms, our garage etc. Optional breakfast and meal services are offered. We speak French, English and Spanish. Here you will always find a Cuban family willing to help you, take care and guide you and of course make you feel like home. One of the main features of our house is that you will never suffer from the sudden, recurrent and anoying black outs so familiar in Cuba, since we are located in privileged area near by hospitals and important hotels. This issue makes our neigbourhood one of the safest in town. We couldnt have a better location since we are in the geographical center of all turist activity in town. Only a few blocks away you will find historical Revolution Square, the National Library and the National Bus terminal. Walking up north, you will be 5 min away from Havana University, 23th street (La Rampa) and el Malecon and all main Hotels and restaurants.  | Facilities

AddressAlmendares No. 110 e/ Bruzon y Desague, Havana, CubaDirection there is no publictransportation. The taxifee is around CUC 15 forup to 3 people and ittakes 20 minutes. The national bus stationis 3 blocks away from thehouse, the Viazul busterminal is 5 min away bycar as well as the TrainStation that is locatedin Old Havana. The only way to move fromone place to another inHavana is by car or taxisince buses pass every 1o 2 hours and are alwaysvery crowded and there isno service from theairport to the city. | |||||||||
