Property DescriptionThe best place to stay in downtown Toronto! About the hostel... Set in central Toronto, HI Toronto is located within easy walking distance of public transport, the theatre district, restaurants, nightclubs, major shopping venues and many tourist attractions. We have both shared accommodation and private rooms available - 154 beds in total. We are open 24hrs, and at the Front Desk you can purchase HI Memberships and you can purchase tickets to a number of nearby attractions and tours. Our facilities include Internet (and we have free wireless), coin operated laundry, TV lounge, shared kitchen and an on-site café open that is open for breakfast and dinner. Activities are regularly held throughout the year. Please note: Our daily rates are quoted for HI Members. Non-members are more then welcome to stay - add an additional $4.00 per a person/night at check in. Rates quoted have linen and tax included. Our packages... HI Toronto has a number of different packages available for you from Apri 1stl 2006 to December 31st 2006 (Packages for Members and Non- Members): * B&B private room - book a private room and you will get 2 vouchers for our café per private room per night at a rate of $79.00CAD. Please note that as of June 1st rates will increase to $89.00CAD and as of July 1st, they will increase to $99.00CAD (taxes and cafe vouchers still included). * 3-night package - 3 nights dorm room accommodation, 6 café vouchers at a rate of $99.00CAD per person (taxes included). *7-night dorm package - 7 nights dorm room, 7 cafe vouchers, 1 Steam Whistle Brewary ticket, 1 CN Tower ticket all for a rate of $199.00CAD per person (taxes included). * Jobseekers Package - you will get 14-nights in dorm room accommodation, 14 café vouchers, job finders information kit, free local fax and local phone calls, 2 hours internet use at great rate of $349.00CAD (taxes included) per person. * Wanting to hang around in Toronto for a bit? ADDRESSHI-Toronto 76 Church St. Toronto, Canada DIRECTIONSFrom the Toronto Bay Coach Bus station on Bay St. it is a 500m walk to the hostel. Go south on Bay St. until you reach Adelaide Street. Turn left onto Adelaide and walk east to Church Street. Go south on Church St. and the hostel is on the right hand side. Or take subway to King station (2 stops) From Union Train Station it is 500m to the hostel. The easiest way to get here is to take the subway (connected to the train station) one stop north on the Yonge line to King Station. Exit onto King St and walk east to Church St., you will pass a church and a park on the left. Turn left onto Church Street and walk north for one block, the hostel is on the left hand side. MAP |
