Property DescriptionLocated just 75 miles West of Portland on the Northern Oregon Coast, Seaside International Hostel is in the coastal resort town of Seaside at 10th Street and N. Holladay Drive. Seaside hosts numerous festivals and events. Hike the trails in Lewis and Clark's footsteps along cliffs and secluded coves between Seaside and Cannon Beach, explore neighbouring Cannon Beach's art community, and the historic maritime community of Astoria. Open all day and no curfew, Seaside International Hostel is on the Necanicum River and just four blocks from the ocean. Canoes and touring kayaks are available for a low rental fee. The hostel is rated in the Top 10 hostels in North America and has a reputation as 'one of the best'. The hostel features dorms and private rooms, outdoor decks with a river view, and an espresso bar. Movies are shown every evening at 8pm. Notes on Rates: Rates quoted on this website are HI-USA Member rates. Non-members may join HI-USA on arrival or pay $3 extra per night / per person in dorms. Holladay Drive, hostel in on right in 2 blocks. Daily buses depart from both Portland Greyhound and Amtrak Terminals and stop right at hostel (ask driver). Purchase your Amtrak Bus ticket at Portland Hostel, NW and save $5 on lodging. |
