Airport Shuttle: For as little as $14 per person an airport shuttle will pick you up and deliver you to either the San Francisco Airport or the YMCA Hotel, within 45 minutes. BART and MUNI Metro (J, K, L, M & N lines): Civic Center Station/7th Street at Market. Exit the station onto the UN Plaza. Turn back, and walk past the fountain, turning left up Leavenworth Street. Cross McAlister Street, and walk one more block to Golden Gate Avenue. Cross Golden Gate Avenue, turn left, and the entrance to the Central YMCA is on your right. MUNI Streetcars and Buses Civic Center Station/7th Street at Market F- Line from Castro District to Pier 39. Driving Directions from SFO Airport: Take Highway 101 North. Take the Ninth Street exit toward Civic Center, merging onto 9th Street. Continue on 9th until you cross Market Street - following the street slightly right onto Larkin Street. Turn right on Golden Gate. Turn left on Leavenworth St. A yellow PARKING sign will indicate the parking lot on your left. Driving Directions from the Golden Gate Bridge: Take Highway 101 South (downtown) to Van Ness Avenue. Turn right on Van Ness Avenue. Turn left on Golden Gate Avenue. Driving Directions From Oakland/Berkeley/Bay Bridge: Take Interstate 80 West to exit toward Ninth Street/Civic Center, keeping right at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto Harrison Street. Turn right onto 9th Street. Continue on 9th until you cross Market Street - following the street slightly right onto Larkin Street. Turn right on Golden Gate. Turn Left on Leavenworth St. A yellow PARKING sign will indicate the parking lot on your left. |
