Property DescriptionWe are the most central hotel in Cancun, 600 meters from the bus station and 20 meters from Av. Tulum, Cancun’s main street with the coba Avenue. Soberanis Hotel is the first hotel of down town Cancun, the property was totally refurbished and we opened our doors in 2001 with a total of 78 rooms including dorms and private rooms. All the services of a City hotel with the best rates in the Mexican’s Caribbean Exciting and fun nightlife begins in bars at sunset, and continues later in discos and nightclubs - many of these with live shows. Location is the key of success for the property, buses to the beach go from and to our doorstep, we have a supermarket next door and the bus station is four blocks away.  |

The bus station is at Avenida Tulum so just walk four blocks to the south and the hotel is almost in the corner to Av. Coba. MAP |
